ENTRY FORM / EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

We request that this form be submitted by 30 June, either a definite intended entry or as an expression of interest in taking part. This will enable us to keep all interested parties informed about deadlines and other competition information.

This competition is open to both individuals and groups. In the case of a group entry, the form should be submitted by the group’s nominated ‘correspondent’.
